Relinquishing of Guardianship for Mom in Nursing Home
My mother, Grace L. Williams, is 87 years old and has been in Northern Manhattan Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in East Harlem, New York City since 2007. She has alzheimer's. Recently she was "assigned" a guardianship with Integral Guardianship which is located in Brooklyn, New York. The reason the nursing home assigned this guardianship was pure greed and not for concern for my mother. Please grant "just desserts" to Verna Fitzpatrick and the Business Administration of the nursing home for doing this. Please grant full justice and let them see the errors of their greedy ways. Please have the partnership with Integral Guardianship completely relinquished and have Medicaid and Medicare completely pay for her nursing home care. Have all issues with Medicaid and Medicare resolved without financial cost to my mother.
